What is the dress code?

Formal black tie – tuxedos, evening suits, evening dresses or traditional attire are the order of the evening

Being on the north side of Hyde Park, Royal Lancaster London has its advantages with great access by taxi or Tube within 300m at Lancaster Gate.If you do wish to drive, it is located nearby a number of trusted and well-known car parks. Can I gift a table or an individual ticket?

Yes you can. Student tables can be gifted and include either 8 students and 2 guests of your choice or 10 students. Individual tickets can also be donated by putting “AMOS Student” in the guest’s name section of the Book Single Ticket form when purchasing.

I purchased a table, how many guests can I invite?

A table consists of 10 seats, 2 of which will be for Amos Bursary students so you may have an additional 8 guests (including yourself)

I have purchased more than one table will they be next to each other?

If multiple tables are booked with one purchase or multiple purchases with the same name/company name, we will do our best to seat them together.

Some of my guests have special dietary requirements

Please complete the dietary requirements when booking your table(s). If you have already booked your table, please email [email protected] stating the guest’s name, company name and dietary requirements.

I have purchased a table and some of my guests can no longer attend, can I change the names?

Yes, you can. Please email [email protected]. If you do not have replacement guests, please consider gifting the places to Amos Bursary students.

I would like a ticket, but they are sold out

Please email [email protected] and we will let you know if there are any cancellations.

Keeping you safe

What are your guidelines with COVID-19?

There are no COVID-19 restrictions in the UK. If you have COVID-19 you should try to stay at home.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

The event will be postponed to another date and all tickets will still be valid.
