Why We Do It?<\/b><\/span><\/h1>

In 2020 Black people had the highest unemployment rate out of all the ethnic groups (8%) (ONS labour market statistic).

Black graduates are almost twice as likely to be unemployed as their white peers a year after leaving college.\u00a0<\/p>

Black British people of African and Caribbean heritage are the most underrepresented in key positions throughout the UK.

Only 3% of board members in FTSE 100 companies are Black or minority ethnic (Parker Review Committee, 2020).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
